Terms and conditions – Discover Asia Like Never Before - Mastercard Offer 

The offer is available to cardholders of Mastercard who are also members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless at the time of booking, for stays booked using a valid Mastercard.  

Mastercard cardholders who have successfully booked this offer will be asked to present their Mastercard upon check-in. Non-members can join ALL instantly at no cost.

ALL Terms and Conditions of Membership and Accor’s General Terms and Conditions of Services apply to this offer.  

Offer valid for bookings from 5 August 2022 to 5 November 2022 and stay from 9 August to 31 December 2022 at participating Accor properties in the applicable countries in Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

(a) Eligible participants for this promotion are guests who are:

(i) primary cardholders of a Mastercard®;

(ii) member of ALL-Accor Live Limitless programme; logged in to their loyalty member account; and

(iii) aged 21 years and above.  

(b) With this offer, users enjoy a 20% off Fully Flexible Rate when they book a minimum two-nights stay with their Mastercard at any of the “Participating Properties”. 

(c) Cancellation of room reservations shall be subject to the Participating Properties’ usual cancellation, amendment and no-show policies. 

(d) The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers and privileges, and is non-exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. 

Booking and purchasers are subject to prevailing government tax and service charge which must be borne by the cardholder. 

(e) This “Discover Asia Like Never Before - Mastercard Offer” promotion must be accessed via the Mastercard and Accor Partner Rewards website at www.mastercard-all.com.  

(f) This “Discover Asia Like Never Before - Mastercard Offer” promotion is available for bookings from 5 August 2022 to 5 November 2022 and stay from 9 August to 31 December 2022 at Participating Properties made with Mastercard. For the avoidance of doubt, the list of Participating Properties may be amended at any time during the Promotion Period by Accor at its absolute discretion.  

(g) Cardholders who successfully unlock the promotion will be eligible to enjoy a 20% discount Offer Terms and Conditions  

(h) General Accor terms and conditions apply to this “Discover Asia Like Never Before - Mastercard Offer” promotion.  

(i) Cardholders who have successfully accessed and booked this promotion will be asked to present their Mastercard used for the booking upon check-in.  

(j) Members are required to book their “Discover Asia Like Never Before - Mastercard Offer” stay ahead of time on the Accor website.  

(k) This promotion is subject to availability of allocated rooms. General sales terms and conditions apply for reserved public rates specific to each participating hotel and black-out dates may apply.  

(l) Accor and its affiliates make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in any documents in relation to its Partner Rewards promotions including information contained in marketing collateral.  

(m) To the extent permitted by law, Accor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify or alter the terms of this Partner Rewards promotion at any time.  

(n) Members participate in this promotion at their own risk and cost. Accor and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any losses that may be suffered or incurred by Members arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Partner Rewards promotion.  

(o) In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the general Accor terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail.
