Terms & Conditions
Offer valid for stays completed May 1 – September 5, 2023 (“promotion
period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio. Hilton Honors™
members must first register at HiltonHonors.com/PointsUnlimited prior to
completing a stay within the Promotion period.
Registered Hilton Honors members checking in before May 1, 2023, will
receive Bonus Points for their stay if the stay is completed on or after May
1, 2023, and prior to or on September 5, 2023.
Registered Hilton Honors members will earn 2,000 Bonus Points per stay
during the promotion period or 4,000 Bonus Points for a stay at a Resorts
property. The full list of eligible Resorts can be found here.
There is no limit to the total amount of Bonus Points that may be earned
during the promotion period with this offer. However, there are restrictions
on the number of Base Points that can be earned on a single stay at certain
brands.

This offer may be altered or terminated without notice. Bonus Points do not
count toward elite tier qualification. Please allow six to eight weeks from
the completion of your stay for Bonus Points to appear in your account. A
'stay' is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the
same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again.
Offer is not valid for groups and cannot be combined with other select
offers. In-Room Internet Access, Fitness Center/Health Club Access and
Bottled Water benefits may not be complimentary at properties with a resort
charge. Space-available upgrades only available at select brands. Elite

What is the promotion?
Registered Hilton Honors members will earn 2,000 Bonus Points for stays
during the promotion period. Members will earn 4,000 Bonus Points for
stays at a resort or All-Inclusive property.
What is the promotion period for the “Points Unlimited” Hilton Honors promotion?
May 1, 2023, through September 5, 2023 (‘promotion period’)
How will the Bonus Points be awarded?
For every stay within the promotion period, a member will earn 2,000 Bonus
Points. For every stay at an eligible resort or All-Inclusive property
within the Hilton portfolio, a member will earn 4,000 Bonus Points.
Example A: An Honors member stays 2 nights at $100 a night and earns 2,000
Base Points and 2,000 Bonus Points for a total of 4,000 Points.
· 10 Points per USD x $100 x 2 Nights =
2,000 Base Points
· This member completed a stay at a
non-resort property, earning 2,000 Bonus Points per stay.
Example B: An Honors member stays 2 nights at $100 a night and earns 2,000
Base Points and 4,000 Bonus Points for a total of 6,000 Points.
· 10 Points per USD x $100 x 2 Nights =
2,000 Base Points
· This member completed a stay at a resort
property, earning 4,000 Bonus Points per stay.

Which properties are considered a Resort or All-Inclusive?

What is an eligible stay?
A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the
same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. For
additional details, visit the Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions.
Are all rates included in this promotion?
No. A list of ineligible rates can be found under the Hilton Honors Terms
and Conditions: Accrual of Points number 3.
Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. Hilton Honors members must register for the promotion at
HiltonHonors.com/PointsUnlimited
I am not a Hilton Honors member; can I participate in this promotion?
Only members can participate. You can join the Hilton Honors program for
free, register for the promotion and immediately be eligible to participate.
Simply visit HiltonHonors.com/PointsUnlimited follow the steps to join
Hilton Honors and register for the promotion simultaneously.
If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the member is registered for the promotion prior to
check-out of the stay and the reservation is for an eligible stay.
Regardless of when a reservation was booked, any registered guests with
nights within the Promotion period will receive the promotion bonus.
If I check-in before May 1, 2023, or check-out after September 5, 2023, do I still earn credit for that stay?
Registered members checking in before May 1, 2023, will receive credit for
their stay if the stay is completed on or after May 1, 2023, and prior to or
on September 5, 2023. If you start a stay in the middle of the
promotion period and check-out after September 5, 2023, you will not receive
the bonus.
Will I receive Bonus Points with the “Points Unlimited” promotion for any stays within the promotion period that I completed PRIOR to registering for the promotion?
No. Only members registered prior to check-out will receive Bonus Points
with the “Points Unlimited” promotion for nights within the promotion
period.
When will the Bonus Points post to my Hilton Honors account?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the completion of your stay for the Bonus Points
to appear in your Hilton Honors account.
Will I earn Bonus Points for Reward Stays with the “Points Unlimited” promotion?
Yes, the Bonus Points per stay can be earned regardless of paid or reward
stay.
Can I register for other promotions if I register for this promotion?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other select
promotions, a member can register for multiple promotions.
