Terms and Conditions
Event Period:
From 00:00 on December 18, 2024 to 23:59 on December 24, 2024
The "Member's Week Suite Special" flexible rate is available for bookings
made through the Accor ALLS Mini Program at participating hotels in China
("Participating Hotels").
The following conditions must be met to enjoy the Members' Week Suite Offer:
(a) Bookings must be made within the following time frames:
a. From 00:00 on December 18, 2024 to 23:59 on December 24, 2024 (Beijing
time, both dates inclusive).
(b) The check-in date must be between 19 December 2024 and 31 March 2025
(the "Check-in Period"). If a guest's room reservation begins during the
stay period but continues beyond the end of the stay period, the portion of
the room that is not within the stay period will not be eligible for the
Member's Week Suite Rate in accordance with the terms and conditions above.
The Member's Week Suite Special Rate is a 5% discount on the Suite Flexible
Rate and is only applicable to suites and suites are available at hotels.
Blackout dates and availability are limited, and Blackout dates may apply,
including statutory holidays, school holidays, etc., and are subject to
daily availability. If there is a special Suite Rate for the Member's Week
that applies to the hotel suite, it will be displayed at the time of
booking. Rooms at participating hotels that exceed the daily quota of the
event offer will not be eligible for the Member's Week Suite Offer.
Draw Rules:
To be eligible for the lucky draw, the following conditions must be met:
1. Guests must make a reservation in the ALLS Accor Mini Program within the
time frame set out above and complete their stay by 20 January 2025; and
2. Leave a message in the comment section of the Accor Official Account

a) As of January 20, 2025 at 23:59, the twelfth place in the message likes
will be awarded a prize for two people to experience Tokyo Unbounded,
including:
- 2 nights in a Superior Room at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, inclusive of
breakfast for two per stay
- Admission ticket for two to Teamlab Planet in Tokyo
If the 12th ranked member does not complete the valid stay within the
specified period, the award qualification will be invalid and the prize will
be extended. The above likes are subject to the system display of the
organizer.
Instructions for Claiming the Prize:
1. The winning results will be announced by 25 January 2025 in the comments
section of the Tweet published on 18 December 2024 on the ALLS Accor
Official Account.
2. Prize setting and distribution rules:
Members who rank 12th in the top 12 in the message will be able to enjoy a
Tokyo Unbounded Experience prize for two, including:
- 2 nights in a Superior Room at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, inclusive of
breakfast for two per stay
- Admission ticket for two to Teamlab Planet in Tokyo
The above prizes are subject to the confirmation letter sent by the customer
service specialist's email. The above prizes cannot be postponed or
exchanged for other gifts, and those who do not travel on the specified date
will be deemed to have given up the prizes.
3. The winner will be contacted by the customer service specialist by
January 25, 2025 through the winner's mobile phone number and ask the winner
to obtain an email address, and send an email confirmation letter by email.
4. The winner shall submit the receipt information of the prize in a timely
manner and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the relevant information
after winning the prize. In the event of any of the following circumstances,
the winner will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the eligibility to
receive the prize, the prize will automatically become invalid, and the
event organizer will not reissue the prize:
(1) The winner cannot be contacted due to the wrong submission of relevant
information, or the mobile phone number submitted is not in Chinese
mainland, or other reasons other than the event organizer, resulting in the
prize not being properly distributed;
(2) The event organizer will contact the winner by phone before January 25,
2025, starting from the day of the first call or other means to contact the
winner, if the winner's valid receipt information cannot be obtained within
7 days, resulting in the prize not being properly distributed.
5. The voucher is valid from 13 January 2025 to 15 July 205, excluding March
22, 2025 to April 8, 2025. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the winner
will be accommodated at the hotel on a specific date.
6. Winners are requested to keep the screenshots/information of the winners
for the purpose of verifying their eligibility when claiming the prize. If
you fail to receive the prize due to improper storage or forwarding the
screenshot/information of the award, the organizer will not reissue the
prize.
7. The prize can only be used by the winner and his/her companions (if any)
and cannot be transferred, sold or used for profit in any way.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
9. If there is any violation of laws and regulations or violation of the
rules and regulations of this event when participating in the event,
regardless of the severity of the circumstances, the event organizer has the
right to cancel its lottery qualification and withdraw the prizes it has
obtained.

notifying you of your winning and distributing the prize to you. The
