Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS – ALL MEMBERS & MASTERCARD HOLDERS OFFER
This Offer is applicable at selected participating hotels in
Japan for ALL members who are also MASTERCARD holders
(Members).
To be eligible for this Offer of a 20% off Best Available Rates on rooms,
Members must book a room for a stay of a minimum of two (2) consecutive
nights, and payment must be made with a MASTERCARD (Offer). This Offer
is only available for bookings made from 1 May 2025 to 30 June 2025, for
stays from 1 May 2025 to 15 July 2025 (all dates inclusive) (Promotion
Period).
Eligible participants for this Offer are guests who are both MASTERCARD
holders and members of the ALL-Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme
(ALL).
MASTERCARD holders who are not ALL members may sign up for ALL - Accor Live
Limitless loyalty program on www.all.com.
All reservations should be guaranteed with a valid MASTERCARD and ALL
membership numbers should be provided when making the reservation.
Both the MASTERCARD and ALL membership must be presented at the hotel
reception desk during check-in and payments must be made with the
MASTERCARD, otherwise a flexible rate will apply.
The bookings made using this Offer cannot be modified or cancelled and are
non-refundable.
To the extent permitted by law, Accor reserves the right, to cancel a
booking if the guest is not using a MASTERCARD and does not produce his/her
ALL membership upon check-in, according to the name in the
reservation.
This Offer is subject to availability of allocated rooms in participating
hotels and black-out dates. General sales terms and conditions apply for
reserved public rates specific to each participating hotel.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers and
privileges, does not apply for groups and is not exchangeable, transferable
or redeemable for cash.
Eligible ALL standard Rewards points will be credited to the Member's
account within 10 days following the end of his/her stay.
Bookings rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service
charges which must be borne by the Member.
For the avoidance of doubt, the list of participating hotels may be amended
at any time during the Promotion Period by Accor at its absolute
discretion.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the
general terms and conditions of ALL, the general terms and conditions of ALL
will prevail.
Please specify the reference “ALL & MASTERCARD " in all your
communications with call centres or customers care services related to this
Offer.
Accor reserves the right to vary, terminate or otherwise amend this Offer
without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made
by Accor, in respect to any matter relating to this Offer shall be final and
conclusive.
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Accor will not be responsible
or liable for any consequences that any Member may suffer (including without
limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in
an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this
Offer.
By participating in the Offer, each Member agrees to comply with and be
bound by these Offer terms and conditions, Accor’s conditions of use of
website, Accor’s Privacy Policy, and the
ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme terms and conditions. (collectively, “Terms & Conditions”).
By participating in the Offer, each Member consents to the collection, use,
disclosure and processing by Accor of any and all personal data that they
submit, for the purposes indicated in Accor’s privacy policy and for
administering this Offer.
These Offer Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
