Terms and Conditions
*The discount offered on the ALL Accor app is calculated based on the public
rate available at the same time on our other online booking channels
(desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.) and may be combined, where applicable, with
the member rate.
1. General ALL Accor terms and conditions apply to this offer and you must
be a member of ALL Accor to benefit from it.
2. This offer entitles members of ALL Accor, regardless of their membership
status, to benefit from a 20% discount on the flexible rate, when staying at
any hotel that takes part in this offer, by booking one of the ”20% OFF -
APP Only Offer“ eligible rates.
This discount is non-refundable for all bookings made in Australia, Bahrain,
Benin, Cambodia, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial
Guinea, Fiji Islands, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan,
Kenya, Kuwait, Lao People’s Republic, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malaysia,
Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar,
Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, St
Helena, Tanzania, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
This discount is combinable with the Members' Rate of ALL Accor.
3. This offer is valid for a member’s stay from October 24, 2025, to
December 10, 2025, in one of the participating hotels, and must be booked
between September 25, 2025, and October 9, 2025, up until 11:59 p.m. Central
European Time (CET).
Blackout dates may apply and offer is subject to availability.
The offer validity dates are subject to modification without prior notice.
4. The stay must be a minimum of 2 night(s).
5. To be eligible for this offer, stays must be only booked directly via the
ALL Accor app (previously ALL.com app). Stays booked via another booking
platform/channel, reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent
(such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this
offer.
6. Members must provide their ALL Accor Loyalty card number when making the
reservation, and present the card at the hotel reception desk at check-in.
7. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of
the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
8. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or
advantages (including ALL Accor+ offers) and does not apply to groups.
If the stay meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the ALL
Accor Reward points linked to the most generous offer (meaning that allows
you to earn the highest number of ALL Accor Reward points) will be credited
to your account.
Stays at onefinestay are not eligible for this offer.
9. Cancellation policy varies depending on the hotel. If the reservation is
not canceled on time, the guest will be charged for the first night.
10. This offer is subject to availability. General sales terms and
conditions apply for reserved public rates specific to each hotel.
Accor, participating hotels and/or partners of this offer accept no
liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an
external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor,
participating hotels and/or partners of this offer impossible or
disproportionately burdensome. Customers or members will not be entitled to
any compensation and the benefits of the offer (particularly Reward points)
will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented in these
circumstances.
