แม้ว่าบัตรเครดิตในประเทศไทยที่เข้าร่วมโปรโมชั่นทั้งหมดจะมีด้วยกัน 4 แห่ง แต่จะมีเพียงบัตรเครดิต AMEX Platinum เท่านั้น มียังคงคุ้มสำหรับโอนคะแนนเข้า Asia Miles

Terms and Conditions

This 10% Bonus Miles Promotion (SEA) 2025 (this “Promotion”) is a promotion by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Company Registration No. 00015833) and Asia Miles Limited (Company Registration No. 0648244) of 31/F, One Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong (together as the “Promoters”, and each of them as a “Promoter”).
This Promotion is applicable to all Cathay Membership Programme members (“Members”) with a residing address in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia (the ”Participating Countries”). 

Members less than 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. By entering this Promotion, Members confirm that they have obtained such consent, and the Promoters reserve the right to verify this. 

Members with a residing address in a Participating Country who have successfully registered for this Bonus Miles Promotion and completed an Eligible Transaction will become the eligible members (“Eligible Members”). 

This Promotion is applicable between 1 October 2025 and 31 October 2025 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (the "Promotional Period").

To participate in this Promotion, Members must register via the dedicated form and complete any of the below transactions with Regular Miles (Regular Miles earned is the agreed Miles rate and vary by individual partners. Members can check the Miles rate on our partner pages) earned from eligible partners ("Eligible Transactions") in any categories listed below during the Promotional Period:  

Payment – Miles earned by points conversion through our Payment Partners in the Participating  Countries only. Transactions made using the CIMB Niaga World Cathay Card are not eligible under this Promotion.

Shop with Cathay – Miles earned through shopping at Cathay Shop, unless otherwise stated. 

Shop with our partners – Miles earned by  shopping at our Retail Partners’ stores in Southeast Asia and the rest of the world. This includes shopping transactions made with our online shopping partners via Milesback, and point conversion through our Retail Partners. 

Holidays – Miles earned through transactions with Cathay Holidays, our Hotel Partners, and Car Rental Partners in Southeast Asia and the rest of the world must be credited and recorded in the statement. 

Dining – Miles earned through transactions with our Dining Partners in Southeast Asia and the rest of the world. This Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with other promotions or privileges.

Regular Miles earned vary by individual partners. Members can check the miles rate on our partner pages. 

Each Eligible Member will receive 10% bonus miles upon completing Eligible Transactions across any of the mentioned categories during the Promotional Period (“Bonus Miles”). Eligible Transactions should be credited and recorded in the member’s statement by 31 October 2025 to be eligible for the Bonus Miles. 

Transactions involving miles accrual from daily wellness goals on the Asia Miles by Cathay App and miles redemption transactions are not considered as Eligible Transactions for this Promotion.

The crediting period for regular miles earned through eligible partners will vary accordance to Partners’ terms and conditions. Bonus Miles will be credited to the Eligible Member’s account by 15 January 2026 at the latest. 

The Eligible Members shall notify Cathay Pacific by 31 January 2026 if they do not receive the Bonus Miles; otherwise, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.

The Eligible Member’s Cathay membership account must remain valid when the Bonus Miles is granted, otherwise Cathay Pacific has the right to forfeit the Bonus Miles or charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Bonus Miles.  

The Bonus Miles earned under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

The Bonus Miles, once provided to the recipient, are the responsibility of the recipient and if the recipient fails to use their Bonus Miles in time, it will not be replaced by the Promoters. 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters reserve the right to alter or terminate  this Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify a participant in this Promotion in the event of non-compliance these terms and conditions. 

The Eligible Members being granted Bonus Miles will be responsible for paying the specified surcharges and taxes associated with the Bonus Miles.

The Eligible Members are responsible for the use of Bonus Miles, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions that may apply to the Bonus Miles. 

If this Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control (for example, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures beyond our control (as may be applicable), the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate this Promotion. 

The Promoters do not accept any responsibility or liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise (as may be applicable).  

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents, employees, contractors, and their representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the recipient or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming or receiving the Bonus Miles, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, their agents, employees, contractors, or representatives. 

Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoters’ Privacy Policy.  

These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If there is any dispute in relation to this Promotion or terms and conditions, Members agree to engage in good faith negotiations with the Promoters in the first instance before commencing any legal proceedings. If Members and the Promoters fail to come to a mutually acceptable resolution following good faith negotiations, Members may commence court proceedings, but Members must do so within the courts of Hong Kong. 

Regarding the Promotion advertisements on Instagram and Facebook: 

(a) this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or Facebook; 

(b) Members understand that Members are providing information to the Promotors and not to any Instagram or Facebook; and 

(c) any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed to the Promotors and not to Instagram or Facebook.

In case of disputes or arguments, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited is final.
