1. What you are buying
ChaiMiles sells the formats shown on your rate card: sponsored articles, posts on ChaiMiles social channels, banner slots on chaimiles.com, packages of those, and hotel services (Mystery Shopper quality-assurance stays and hosted-stay reviews). Each request you submit in your advertiser account states what is included and its price or pricing rule at the time of submission; later changes to the rate card do not alter a submitted request.
2. Editorial control and disclosure
Sponsored articles and posts are written or revised by the ChaiMiles team and labelled "Sponsored"; hosted-stay reviews are labelled "Hosted stay". Links to your properties carry rel="sponsored". You approve the facts and the final text of a sponsored article before it is published. A hosted-stay review is ChaiMiles' own verdict: you receive a fact-check preview and may correct facts, but the opinion is not subject to approval. ChaiMiles may decline content that is misleading, unlawful, or outside the subjects the site covers.
3. Payment
Payment is by the link issued in your account (card or PromptPay) or by bank transfer confirmed by ChaiMiles. Content is published, a banner goes live and a report is released only after the related payment is received. Prices are in Thai baht; VAT, when applicable, is shown on the payment and the receipt. A receipt is issued for every payment.
4. Banners
A banner runs for the dates booked and is shown whole, in the slot booked, on every screen size. ChaiMiles may pause a banner that breaks, misleads or harms the reader experience and will tell you why. Views and clicks reported in your account are counts from chaimiles.com, not an audited third-party measurement.
5. Hotel services
For a Mystery Shopper stay, ChaiMiles books the stay after the room-rate payment and bills the fee and add-ons after checkout at the actual bills plus the stated markups. The report is confidential to your company and is never published. For a hosted-stay review, you provide the stay; ChaiMiles bills only the fee and add-ons after the fact-check preview.
6. Cancellation
A request may be withdrawn free of charge before payment. After payment, work already performed (a published article, a banner that has started, a stay that has been booked) is not refundable; unperformed parts are refunded or credited at ChaiMiles' discretion.
7. Accounts
Accounts are created from an invitation issued by ChaiMiles. Each person in your company uses their own account; ChaiMiles can suspend an account on your request or when the terms are broken. You are responsible for the material your accounts upload and for having the rights to use it.
