Coins Conversion Offer

• The ONESIAM Partnership Launch Coins Conversion Offer (“Coins Conversion Offer”) is valid from 1 August 2023, 00:00 to 30 September 2023, 23:59 (GMT+7), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• Under the Coins Conversion Offer, the first 1,000 members who have fulfilled the following requirements (“Eligible Members”) can enjoy an extra 20% miles (“Bonus Miles”):
• a. Members with registered addresses in Thailand; and
• b. Members have successfully converted VIZ Coins (“Coins”) into Asia Miles based on the regular miles conversion rate (the “Eligible Miles Conversion”) within the Promotion Period
• Eligible members who sign up for a Cathay membership account via the dedicated sign-up link  during the Promotion Period will receive an additional 1,000 miles.
• Each Eligible Member may enjoy the Coins Conversion Offer once during the Promotion Period. If an Eligible Member has made multiple conversions, only the first conversion made within the Promotion Period will be taken by Asia Miles Limited for the purpose of rewarding the Coins Conversion Offer.
• Eligible Miles Conversions is limited to coins conversion transaction made via the ONESIAM mobile app and do not include miles earned via the following conditions and thus they are not eligible for the Promotion Offer:
• a. Miles earned from the welcome offer or promotional offer
• b. Miles earned from other partners
• c. Miles earned from transactions made through Cathay
• The processing time of the requested Eligible Miles Conversion may take up to 14 working days. Please check with the Eligible Partner for details. Asia Miles Limited is not responsible for any delay in the crediting of miles and accepts no liability.
• Asia Miles Limited will credit the Bonus Miles earned under this Promotion Offer to Eligible Members’ Cathay membership accounts within 8 to 10 weeks after 30 September 2023. If the information submitted by Eligible Members is incorrect or insufficient for the purpose of delivering the Promotion Offer, the Promotion Offer will be forfeited without prior notice. Asia Miles Limited accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation after 15 December 2023.
• The Eligible Member’s Cathay membership account must remain valid when the Coins Conversion Offer is granted, otherwise Asia Miles Limited have the right to forfeit the Coins Conversion Offer or charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Coins Conversion Offer.
• Coins Conversion Offer cannot be combined with New Member Offer.
• Bonus Miles earned under this Coins Conversion Offer are non-refundable, non-reversible and non-transferable.
• Asia Miles Limited reserve the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this Coins Conversion Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any benefit or promotional offer for Eligible Members is subject to availability and Asia Miles Limited. In case of any disputes, Asia Miles Limited decision shall be final and conclusive.
