1. Applicable Framework

These Terms & Conditions govern the "Stay For More" promotional offer available to members of ALL Accor Loyalty Programme at participating hotels.

The General Terms and Conditions of ALL.com and, where applicable, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership of the ALL Accor Loyalty Programme apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

The offer is subject to availability at participating hotels. The specific conditions of sale applicable to each participating hotel shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

2. Booking Period

Reservations must be made during the following booking periods:

• Europe & North Africa: from 27 October 2026 to 1 November 2026 inclusive.

• India: from 27 October 2026 to 1 November 2026 inclusive.

• Greater China: from 27 October 2026 to 29 October 2026 inclusive.

3. Eligibility

This offer is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL Accor Loyalty Programme.

Members must be logged in to their ALL account at the time of booking. Membership status level does not impact eligibility.

4. Participating Hotels

4.1 Europe & North Africa

The offer applies to participating hotels located in the following countries:

Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia and the United Kingdom.

Participating brands include:

Adagio Access, Adagio, greet, Handwritten Collection, hotelF1, ibis Budget, ibis Styles, ibis, Mercure, Mövenpick, Mövenpick Living, Novotel, Novotel Living, Novotel Suites, Pullman, Swissôtel and TRIBE.

4.2 Greater China

The offer applies to participating hotels located in China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Mongolia and Taiwan.

4.3 India

The offer applies to participating hotels located in India.

The list of participating hotels is available at the time of booking on ALL.com and the ALL Accor App.

5. Offer Description

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount of up to 25% off the public flexible rate available at the time of booking.

The applicable discount may vary by participating hotel.

The discount may be combined with the ALL Member Rate, where applicable.

Minimum stay requirements apply:

• Europe & North Africa: minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.

• Greater China: minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.

• India: minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights.

6. Stay Period

Eligible stays must take place during the following periods:

• Europe & North Africa: from 8 December 2026 to 28 March 2027 inclusive.

• India: from 8 December 2026 to 28 March 2027 inclusive.

• Greater China: from 27 October 2026 to 28 March 2027 inclusive.

7. Booking Channels

To qualify for the offer, reservations must be made through one of the following Accor direct channels:

• ALL.com;

• ALL Accor mobile application;

• Accor Reservation Centres;

• Traditional travel agency booking systems connected to Accor booking offices.

Reservations made through third-party intermediaries, including online travel agencies, tour operators or resellers, are not eligible.

8. Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Reservations made under this offer remain subject to the cancellation, modification and payment conditions applicable to the participating hotel and displayed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise specified in the booking conditions, reservations benefit from the flexibility associated with the hotel's eligible flexible rate.

9. 5,000 Bonus Reward Points Offer

In addition to the discount described above, eligible members may receive 5,000 bonus ALL Reward Points.

9.1 Registration

To qualify, members must register for the offer between: 27 October 2026 and 1 November 2026 at 11:59 PM Central European Time (CET).

Registration is completed by clicking on the "Activate the Offer" button and following the instructions displayed online.

Only bookings made after successful registration are eligible.

9.2 Eligible Stays

To benefit from the 5,000 bonus Reward Points, members must:

• Register for the offer before booking.

• Book an eligible stay through an eligible Accor direct channel.

• Provide their valid ALL membership number at the time of booking.

• Complete the eligible stay.

This offer is limited to one bonus allocation of 5,000 Reward Points per member during the promotional period.

Only the first eligible stay booked after registration and completed during the offer period will qualify.

9.3 Reward Points Allocation

Eligible members will receive: 5,000 additional ALL Reward Points, credited on top of the Reward Points normally earned under the ALL Accor Loyalty Programme.

Reward Points will be credited to the member's account within approximately ten (10) days following check-out.

10. General Conditions

• The offer is subject to availability at participating hotels.

• Offer validity dates may be modified, suspended or withdrawn without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

• The offer cannot be combined with other promotional Reward Points offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

• If a stay qualifies for multiple Reward Points promotions simultaneously, only the promotion granting the highest number of Reward Points will apply.

• Reward Points are subject to the rules of the ALL Accor Loyalty Programme.

• Accor, participating hotels and partners shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or make available the offer due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including any external, unforeseeable and unavoidable event.

• In such circumstances, no compensation, alternative benefit or Reward Points may be claimed.
