Discounts cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Fraudulent or dishonest activity is detected;

The credit card is used for commercial purposes;

The cardholder purchases goods or services from a merchant in which they have a direct or indirect interest;

The card is used contrary to its intended purpose or in violation of the applicable credit card or personal loan agreement; or

The transaction relates to digital assets or cryptocurrencies.
