Terms and Conditions – Spring offer: 20% off for a stay of 2 nights minimum booked between 12th February 2024 and 28th February 2024 for stays from 1st April 2024 and 27th May 2024;

By booking the " SPRING OFFER", the customer agrees to have read and accepted the conditions set out below:

  • This offer is valid, subject to availability in the selected hotel, for any stay from 1 April 2024 to 27 May 2024; inclusive in one of the participating hotels displayed below on this website (located in one of the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Uzbekistan) and booked between 12 February 2024 and 28 February 2024 23: 59 Paris time (UTC+1).
  • Your reservation must be made through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor All mobile applications, ALL reservation centre, directly at the hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected with the Accor reservation centre.
  • No online pre-payment is required at the time of booking but all bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the start of your stay.
  • The offer can be modified, cancelled, exchanged after the reservation, in line with the cancellation policy issued by the hotel

Conditions of the offer:

The displayed discount of Spring offer: 20% off for a stay of 2 nights minimum is based on the flexible rate, with or without breakfast except for hotels offering only a single meal plan option. For these hotels, the 20% discount is either on the flexible rate or the flexible rate including breakfast, depending on the hotels offer structure, subject to date and availability conditions.

The discount does not apply to ancillary services, tourist tax and additional taxes to the tourist tax.

Offer valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 10 nights.

The " Spring offer: 20% off for a stay of 2 nights minimum " can be combined with the Members Rate, where applicable but not with other discounts or special offers. This offer does not apply to groups. The general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate apply.

Members must provide their ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty card number when making the reservation, and present the card at the hotel reception desk at check-in.

Rewards points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days of the member checking out.

Prices quoted do not include tourist tax.

This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless points to be earned at participating hotels (see list)

Check-in times

Check-in and check-out times are different at each hotel and will be mentioned in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
