Terms and Conditions

• This discount offer (“Promotion”) of 33.34% off the total accommodation charges in a booking of eligible accommodations for three (3) nights is valid from 5 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Stay period is from 5 January 2026 to 31 December 2027, both dates inclusive.
• Offer is valid when payment is made with an eligible Visa Infinite card issued in Thailand.
• Offer is available on a first-come-first-serve basis, with limited redemptions.
• Each eligible Visa Infinite card is entitled to redeem this Promotion once (1) per calendar month only. Any additional bookings made using the same eligible Visa Infinite card within the same calendar month shall not be eligible for the Promotion.
• In the event that a booking made under this Promotion is cancelled for any reason, the redemption quota for that eligible Visa Infinite card shall not be reinstated, refunded, or carried forward, and such cancelled booking shall still be deemed to have utilized the monthly redemption entitlement.
• The new quota release date and time will be every 1st and 16th day of each month, from 00:00 BKK time.
• The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked eligible for promotion in designated destinations made through designated website (URL: www.agoda.com/VisaInfiniteTH) (“Site”). For bookings made on or after 1 April 2026, only eligible accommodations with a 4-star or above shall qualify for this Promotion.
• Offer is limited to international stays only and excludes domestic stays.
• Cardholder must make a single booking for three (3) nights in order to be eligible for this Promotion.
• A booking (including any subsequent change to a booking) not for three (3) nights will not be eligible for this Promotion, and Visa and Agoda reserve the right to remove and deduct the discount under this Promotion for a booking (including any subsequent change to a booking) not for three (3) nights. Bookings cannot be modified once booked in order to enjoy the Promotion. If changes are required, please cancel the existing booking and make another booking.
• The Promotion is capped at USD150 per eligible transaction which will be applied at the checkout page on the Site for select, eligible accommodations.
• The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other loyalty programs, vouchers, promotions, discount cards, discounted items or fixed price items.
• The Promotion is valid for bookings of eligible accommodations made on the Site during the designated Promotion Period and concluded within the designated Stay Period.
• The Promotion is available to eligible Visa Infinite cardholders in good standing, which bear Visa’s name or logo on the face of the card or refer to a member of the Visa Group as an issuer or participant partner on the back of the card, including any co-branded or affinity card.
• Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their eligible Visa Infinite card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
• The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only and excludes taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges.
• Bookings on the Site are not eligible for use with gift cards.
• The discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Visa Infinite card number.
• The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions and further terms and conditions of Visa, which are subject to change at any time. In the event of any dispute, the joint decision of Visa and Agoda shall be final.
• Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
• All bookings made through the Site are subject at all times to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
• The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder, including payment facilities, which are at Visa’s sole discretion and responsibility.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda and Visa shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising in connection with the Promotion, related privileges or these General Terms and Conditions.
• Agoda’s rights under these General Terms and Conditions, its Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary and shall not limit or restrict any other rights of Agoda.
• If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
