(i) The Eligible Cardholder must have an active MyMillennium Loyalty Programme membership (new/existing); Eligible Cardholder can register for an account here - https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/my- millennium/sign-up-mobile/?pc=MC2024.

(ii) Each Eligible Cardholder can only submit ONE upgrade application throughout the Promotion Period (1 November 2024 - 31 October 2026) and including the following 12 months after their upgraded status (via this Mastercard Offer) expires.

(iii) Each upgrade application requires the following to be provided to MyMillennium: The Eligible Cardholder's name, unique code obtained from the Mastercard Offer Fulfilment Platform (OFP), and MyMillennium Loyalty Programme membership number.

(iv) Applications are subject to verification and approval by MyMillennium. MyMillennium will provide the status of the application within 14 working days via the Eligible Cardholder's MyMillennium registered email address.

(v) Upgraded MyMillennium status will be valid for twelve (12) months. To maintain the upgraded status beyond the awarded 12-month period, Eligible Cardholder must meet the standard qualifying criteria of the MyMillennium status during the awarded 12-month period.

(vi) MyMillennium Status Match upgrade is a one-time benefit, and the upgraded status cannot be renewed through another status match application. However, if this Mastercard Offer is renewed after 31 October 2026, the same Eligible Cardholder may submit another upgrade application and is able to receive an upgrade again, with the consideration of point (ii) above.

(vii) Members will receive the benefits associated with their matched MyMillennium status tier.
