• เฉพาะผู้ถือบัตรวีซ่าที่มี อายุ 15-80 ปีและออกโดยสถาบันการเงิน ที่เป็นสมาชิกของ วีซ่า ในประเทศไทย เท่านั้น

• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับประกันการเดินทางให้กับผู้ที่มีสัญชาติไทย หรือ ชาวต่างชาติที่มีถิ่นที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยแบบถาวร หรือชาวต่างชาติที่มีหลักฐานเพื่อรับรองการมีถิ่นที่พักอาศัยในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับประกันการเดินทาง 1 สิทธิ์/ท่าน/เดือน โดยนับจากวันแรกที่เริ่มเดินทางโดยท่านต้องแจ้งหมายเลขบัตรวีซ่าที่ท่านต้องการใช้สิทธิ์พร้อมหมายเลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนและรายละเอียดการเดินทาง ในกรณีที่ท่านถือบัตรวีซ่ามากกว่า 1 ใบท่านสามารถเลือกใช้สิทธิ์ได้เพียง 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น

• เพื่อรักษาสิทธิ์ในการรับประกันการเดินทางในครั้งถัดไป ผู้ถือบัตรวีซ่าที่ขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์นี้จะต้องมียอดใช้จ่ายสะสมที่ต่างประเทศผ่านบัตรวีซ่าที่ใช้ในการแจ้งขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์ตามช่วงเวลาที่เดินทางโดยกำหนดจากวันที่ผู้ถือบัตรเดินทางออกจากประเทศไทยจนถึงวันที่เดินทางกลับถึงประเทศไทย ในครั้งนี้ - สำหรับบัตรวีซ่า คลาสิค และบัตรวีซ่า โกลด์ อย่างน้อย 10,000 บาท - สำหรับบัตรวีซ่า แพลตินั่ม บัตรวีซ่า ซิกเนเจอร์ และบัตรวีซ่า อินฟินิท อย่างน้อย 20,000 บาท

• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบสิทธิประโยชน์นี้เฉพาะผู้ถือบัตรวีซ่า ที่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขในการใช้จ่ายในต่างประเทศด้วยบัตรวีซ่าที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น สำหรับผู้ถือบัตรที่ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์นี้แล้ว แต่มิได้ใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรวีซ่าที่ใช้ในการขอสิทธิประโยชน์นี้ในต่างประเทศตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ จะไม่สามารถขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์นี้ได้อีกภายในระยะเวลาการให้สิทธิประโยชน์นี้

• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการจ่ายค่าสินไหมทดแทน หากชื่อบนบัตรวีซ่าไม่ตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง

• เมื่อออกกรมธรรม์แล้วไม่สามารถยกเลิกกรมธรรม์ หรือ แก้ไขรายละเอียดบนกรมธรรม์ได้

• สิทธิประโยชน์นี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยบริษัท ซิกน่า โบรกเกอเรจ แอนด์ มาร์เก็ตติ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ผู้ซื้อควรทำความเข้าใจในรายละเอียดความคุ้มครอง และเงื่อนไขก่อนตัดสินใจทำประกันภัยทุกครั้ง

• Visa Cardholder can request Cigna travel insurance one time per month and per ID card/passport. The limit will be counted by the start date of travel insurance policy initiated to cardholder.

• To be eligible for the next redemption, Visa Cardholders must have an accumulated spending overseas on the activated card during the travel period at least: Visa Classic, Gold 10,000 Baht and Visa Platinum, Signature, Infinite 20,000 Baht
