Terms and Conditions
10,000 Points for Every 2 Nights Offer Terms and Conditions
This “10,000 Points for Every 2 Nights” promotional offer (the
“Promotion”) gives IHG One Rewards members the opportunity to earn 10,000
IHG One Rewards bonus points each time they complete two (2) qualifying
room nights at participating hotels during the “Promotion Period” (defined
below). To participate in this Promotion, a member must both register for
the Promotion and book their qualifying room night stays during the
“Activation Period”. The “Activation Period” is 28 November 2022 (12:00 AM
Local Standard Time) until 29 November 2022 (11:59 PM Local Standard Time)
only. Only qualifying room nights booked during the Activation Period
after the member has registered are eligible for the Promotion. A member
can only register once, and by registering for the Promotion, a member is
accepting these Terms and Conditions.
To qualify for an award of 10,000 bonus points for two (2) qualifying room
nights under this Promotion, each of the two (2) qualifying room nights
must be part of one or more “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays” and must
fall within the Promotion Period. The “Promotion Period” is from 28
November 2022 until 31 December 2022. Room nights prior to registration or
outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are
part of a stay that was booked or completed prior to registration for the
Promotion also are not included.
For purposes of the Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is
defined as a minimum 1-night stay booked under a Qualifying Rate, with a
room rate exceeding $30 USD (or local equivalent) for each night. Stays
booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible
Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through
online travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or
expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion. For additional
details on Qualifying Rates, please see the IHG One Rewards Membership
Terms and Conditions. If more than one member checks into the same room,
only one member is eligible to claim the room nights for purposes of this
Promotion (for those nights that qualify). If a member books more than one
room on the same night, the member will only receive credit for qualifying
nights for one room. No retroactive credit will be given for nights prior
to registration. The qualifying room nights can be at any participating
IHG® Hotels & Resorts, Mr & Mrs Smith properties or participating
Six Senses® properties (as identified on each hotel’s booking page).
This Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms
and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting
ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Promotion are not
Elite status qualifying. The time needed for awarding points can vary with
each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus points to be
posted to the recipient’s member account.
IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited
into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s
account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards programme, including but
not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly
reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status or
cancel their account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected, and
any fraudulent activity or other prohibited activity relating to a
member’s account, this Promotion or restricted rate offerings is subject
to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of
the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To
the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG One Rewards reserves the right
of final interpretation of the Promotion, as well as the right to cancel,
suspend and/or modify the Promotion at any time. This Promotion is valid
only for the original recipient who was invited to participate in the
Promotion and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Members must make any
promotional enquiries by 1 March 2023. Members eligible to participate in
this Promotion may also participate in other IHG offers and promotions to
the extent they qualify for such other offers and promotions.
25% Off Points & Cash Terms and Conditions
This offer for 25% savings on the cash portion of Points & Cash
bookings (the “Offer”) is available only to IHG One Rewards members who
book their stay during the period of 28 November 2022 until 2 December
2022 (the “Booking Period”) and then complete their stay during the period
from 1 January 2023 until 28 February 2023 (the “Stay Period”). This 25%
discount is offered at time of booking and only applies to the cash cost
of the booking. A member must be logged in to their IHG One Rewards
account at the time of booking to access the discount. The cash portion of
Points & Cash bookings is charged immediately in U.S. dollars. For
cancellations, both the points and the cash components of the booking are
refunded in points only. The number of points refunded is determined by
the points-only price at the original time of booking.
This Offer is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and
Conditions, which can be found here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. IHG
reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status or
cancel a member’s account if fraudulent activity in connection with the
Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or otherwise prohibited activity
relating to a member’s account, this Offer or restricted rate offerings is
subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including
any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such

Advance Saver Terms and Conditions
*Advance Saver (USA, Canada, Japan and Asia-Pacific, HK Special
Administrative Region of PRC，Macau Special Administrative Region of PRC and
TW Province of PRC)
The Advance Saver promotion is valid only for bookings made from 22 November
2022 until 2 December 2022 using the “Advance Saver” – IHG® Rewards Member
Rate” rate(s). All bookings must be consumed by 28 February 2023 at
participating IHG® hotels and resorts. The discount is up to 10% off the
Best Flexible Rate when you book at least seven (7) days in advance. An
additional 10% is also available for IHG One Rewards members. Based on
property selection, deeper discounts may be available. Not all IHG® hotels
and resorts participate in this promotion; selected hotels are offering the
Book Early & Save rate. Please check with the hotel of choice to verify
which rate is available. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to
availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the promotion. Hotel
policy varies in regard to the minimum length of stay required and number of
guests allowed per room. Not applicable with other discounted rate
promotions. Not applicable to group bookings. Hotel-specific early departure
fee applies. IHG® Army Hotels, Alliance Resorts, Six Senses and Mr and Mrs
Smith are excluded from the promotion.
Must cancel at least seven (7) days before your stay for direct bookings
(e.g. IHG.com or IHG mobile app) and for bookings made with a travel agent
or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia). If you cancel past

Book Early and Save Terms and Conditions
**Book Early and Save - (Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, Southeast
Asia and Korea, India, Middle East, Africa and participating US hotels)
The Promotion is valid on selected bookings made between 22 November 2022
and 2 December 2022 (both dates inclusive). All bookings must be
consumed by 28 February 2023 at participating IHG® hotels and resorts. The
discount is up to 10% off the Best Flexible Rate which is an unrestricted,
non-qualified, non-discount rate when you book at least three (3) days in
advance. An additional 10% is also available for IHG One Rewards members.
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and the rate is
non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable. If you do not arrive
or check into the hotel on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled
and you will not receive a refund. Rates are per room, per night based on
single or double occupancy. Based on property selection, deeper discounts
may be available. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to
availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Hotel policy
varies in regard to the minimum length of stay required and number of guests
allowed per room. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Not
applicable to group bookings. Hotel-specific early departure fee
applies. Regent, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette

Book Early and Save (Europe)
The promotion is valid on selected bookings made between 22 November 2022
and 2 December 2022. All bookings must be consumed by 28 February 2023 at
participating IHG® hotels and resorts located in the United Kingdom and
Europe. The discount is 15% off the Best Flexible Rate, which is an
unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate when you book at least three
(3) days in advance. IHG One Rewards members can receive an additional 10%
off the Best Flexible Rate. Full prepayment is required at the time of
booking and the rate is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and
non-cancellable. If you do not arrive or check into the hotel on your
arrival, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and
include taxes. Based on property selection, deeper discounts may be
available. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel

components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Promotion is
not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Rates
are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating
hotels available for this Promotion. Blackout dates (days when the offers
are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will
be in hotel’s local currency.
IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or
amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or
without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by

Stay Longer and Save (available exclusively at Kimptons in the United States, Canada, Latin America & South America) Terms and Conditions
The Stay Longer and Save promotion is valid only for bookings made using the
“Stay Longer and Save” & “Stay Longer and Save – IHG® One Rewards Member
Rate” rate(s). A 15% discount off the Best Flexible Rate is available at
selected properties in selected markets. In other markets, the discount is
at least 10% off the Best Flexible Rate. An additional 10% is also available
for IHG One Rewards Members. Additional member savings vary by hotel.
Booking requires non-refundable, full pre-payment for one night of the stay
at the time of booking. 3-day advance purchase and three-night minimum stay
required. If you need more flexibility, IHG does have rates that are more
flexible and, as an IHG Rewards Member, you will still save, although this
promotion has a steeper discount. Discount may vary by hotel. Blackout dates
apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be
excluded from the promotion. Hotel policy varies in regard to number of
guests allowed per room. Not applicable with other discounted rate
promotions. Not applicable to group bookings. Hotel-specific early departure
fee applies. The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas, Alliance hotel properties,
Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites and IHG® Army Hotels are excluded from
the promotion.
IHG App Download Offer Terms and Conditions
To participate in this “Download the App to Get 1K Points Offer” (the
“Offer”), an individual must be an IHG One Rewards member and not previously
downloaded the IHG® App. If a member meets these requirements and downloads
the IHG App on or before 2 December 2022, the member can earn 1,000 IHG One
Rewards bonus points. This Offer is valid and applies to first-time
downloads only. The Offer can only be redeemed once, and a maximum of 1,000
bonus points can be achieved. The time needed for awarding points can vary
with each promotion, so please allow up to six (6) weeks for bonus points to
be posted to recipient’s account.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards programme and this Offer are
subject to standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which
