Terms and Conditions
*This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) gives IHG One Rewards members the
opportunity to choose one of two different options, 1) earning extra IHG One
Rewards bonus qualifying nights or 2) receiving instant Silver Elite status.
If not already an IHG One Rewards member, an individual can enroll in the
IHG One Reward program, at no cost, at Join IHG One Rewards. To participate
in the Promotion, a member must first register their member number for one
of two available offers: (1) the “Instant Silver Elite Status” offer (the
“Instant Silver Status Elite Offer”); or (2) the “Bonus Elite Night Credits”
offer (the “Bonus Elite Night Credits Offer”). If a member has registered
for the Instant Silver Elite Offer, the member will earn instant Silver
Elite status through 2024 when they register by July 31, 2024. If a member
registered for the Bonus Elite Night Credits Offer, the member can earn one
“Bonus Elite Night Credit” for each Offer-Qualifying Room Night stayed
during the Offer Period, up to a maximum of fifteen (15) Bonus Elite Night
Credits during the Promotion Period. For each “Bonus Elite Night Credit” you
earn under the Offer, you will be credited with an additional Elite
Qualifying Night for purposes of determining Elite membership status and
Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards program in 2024. “Bonus
Elite Night Credits” do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying
Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards program.

To participate in this Offer, you must be an IHG One Rewards member and must
be invited to participate. After receiving an invitation, you must register
your member number in advance in order to be eligible for the Offer. A
member can only register for one of the promotion options, and once a member
has registered for one of them, the member is only eligible for that Offer
and cannot register for the other Offer. The “Promotion Period” is from
April 5, 2024 through July 31, 2024. Members registered for either the
Instant Silver Elite Status Offer or the Bonus Elite Night Credits Offer can
partake in the offer under this Promotion throughout the Promotion Period.
Members will be able to register for this Promotion starting on April 5,
2024. By clicking the “click to register” button for the Promotion, a member
is registering for either the Instant Silver Elite Status Offer or the Bonus
Elite Night Credits Offer (based on the one they have chosen) and is
accepting these Terms and Conditions.
After registering, a member can earn up to a maximum of fifteen (15) Bonus
Elite Night Credits under this Offer, as follows: one (1) Bonus Elite Night
Credit will be awarded to the member’s IHG One Rewards account after each
Offer-Qualifying Room Night stay during the Offer Period. For example, if a
member has stays that result in a total of six (6) Offer-Qualifying Room
Nights during the Offer Period, the member would earn six (6) Bonus Elite
Night Credits. These Bonus Elite Night Credits are in addition to any base
Elite Qualifying Nights the member earns for their stays. As a result, in
the above example, in addition to the six (6) Bonus Elite Night Credits, the
member would also be credited with six (6) base Elite Qualifying Nights,
effectively giving the member credit for 12 Elite Qualifying Nights towards
earning Elite status and Milestone Rewards in 2024. To be an
"Offer-Qualifying Room Night" under this Offer, the room night must fall
within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying
Stay. As noted above, the “Offer Period” is from April 5, 2024, through July
31, 2024. Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room
nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for
the Offer also are not included.
To be a “Qualifying Room Night” under the Promotion, the room night must
fall within the Promotion Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible
Qualifying Stay. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is from April 5, 2024
through July 31, 2024. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not
included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior
to registration for the Promotion also are not included. For the purposes of
this Promotion, “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum
1-night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with a
total spend exceeding $30 USD (or local equivalent) for each night.
Participating hotels include all IHG® Hotels & Resorts with the
exception of those Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas that do not
participate in IHG One Rewards. Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that are not
yet fully integrated into the IHG One Rewards program also do not
participate in this Promotion. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points
& Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this
Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other
reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify
under this Promotion. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please
see the
IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.) If more than one member who registered for the Promotion checks into the
same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under the Promotion
for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the
same night, the member will receive credit towards this Promotion for only
one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a Qualifying Room
Night.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion
is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus
points awarded through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under
the IHG One Rewards program. The time needed for awarding points can vary
with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus points to
be posted to the recipient’s member account. IHG One Rewards benefits are
generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner
hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following
brands: IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® hotels
and resorts and other partner hotels participating in the programme, with
the exception of the following brands:
• Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be
earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. Note
some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.
• Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Members can now earn and redeem IHG One
Rewards points for Reward Nights at participating Iberostar Beachfront
Resorts. (The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any
interests in Cuba.)

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into
the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s
account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not
limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the
right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel their
account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected,
and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s
account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards
program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to
such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s
interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms
and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel,
suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those
who are eligible to participate and who registered for the Promotion, and
such eligibility or participation cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any
inquiries concerning this Promotion must be made by September 29, 2024.
Members who participate in this Promotion may also participate in other IHG
offers and promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or
promotions.
