Terms and Conditions
• The offer is valid only for bookings made from 1 May, 2024 through 30
September, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”) for stays between 3
May, 2024 through 6 October, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Stay Dates”).
• The promotion offers up to 24% discount off our available Best Flexible
Rate with Book early and Save (public offer) across participating hotels and
is available across all channels. IHG One Rewards members booking via any of
the qualified channels - IHG desktop or IHG mobile site or directly at hotel
or CRO (IHG managed toll-free central reservation office) can also avail a
3% discount on the promotional rate. IHG One Rewards members enjoy a greater
(guaranteed) discount on the IHG App (iOS or Android) of 10% on the public
BEAS rates on rooms.
• IHG One Rewards members also receive 25% to 30% discount on dining as part
of IHG Dining Deals at participating outlets when showing proof of their
membership via the IHG App.
• Children up to 12 years and sharing the room with full paying adults stay
and eat free. Extra person charge may apply as per participating hotel’s
policy.
• Any other specific meals/drinks are not included within this offer.
• The IHG App promotion for members requires a Non-Refundable deposit for
the complete stay at the time of booking. Cancellation and no-show would
result in a 100% forfeiture of the deposit paid.
• The Promotion is valid across Southwest Asia, the Middle East and Africa
at participating InterContinental, voco, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo,
Staybridge Suites, Vignette Collection and Holiday Inn hotels and resorts.
Additional unbranded hotels currently managed by IHG® are also participating

• The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount
or promotion, unless specified otherwise in the Promotion Offer.
• Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at
hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards programme
terms and conditions apply. Visit www.ihgonerewards.com for details. IHG
reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account
if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.
• Federal or local Government Taxes, service charge, any mandatory fee,
credit card surcharges are not included.
• Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining
are excluded from this offer. The Promotion is not applicable to group
bookings.
• Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not
applicable with other discounted rate promotions.
• Rates are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the offers
are not available) may apply in some participating hotels.
• Cancellation and no-show policy apply.
• In case Buffet Breakfast is not provided owing to local government
regulations, alternative arrangements will be made for breakfast for guests
who have chosen room and breakfast option.
• IHG® reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or
amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or
without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by
applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this
Promotion.
• Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
