Terms and Conditions
Seize the sunshine - Book Early and Save offer terms and conditions
Seize the sunshine Book Early and Save offer (the “Offer”) is valid
only for selected bookings made between June 13 until June 27, 2024 (the
“Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in the
United Kingdom and Ireland, Europe, Asia (excluding India and Japan) and
Pacific islands from the June 16, 2024 until September 30, 2024 for
non-members and between June 16, 2024 until June 1, 2025 (the “Stay Dates”)
using the “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG® Rewards
Member Rate”, during the Booking Dates.
The Offer enables a discount at participating hotels of minimum 15% off the
hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified,
non-discount rate. Members save an additional 6% off our Best Flexible Rate
at all participating hotels, for a total minimum saving of 20%. Rates are
per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to
availability during the Stay Dates. Additional charges may apply for
upgraded room types.
Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival and are
non-refundable and cannot be changed, with full payment for the entire stay
to be made at time of booking. If you do not arrive at your hotel to
check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will
not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you
are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.
Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Regent
Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Crowne Plaza, Vignette
Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge
Suites hotels and resorts. Iberostar Beachfront Resorts and Six Senses
Hotels, Resorts & Spas are not included in this Offer.
Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations
office or directly at hotels qualify for IHG One Rewards points. Standard
IHG® One Rewards programme terms and conditions apply. Visit

for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a
member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected.
In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel
incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in
some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Offer
is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash
value and are non-refundable. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any
other offer or, discount. Rates are subject to availability with a limited
number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout
dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some
participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Offer or amend
these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without
notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law,
IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Offer.
Kids Stay and Eat Free terms and conditions
*Kids Stay and Eat Free at Holiday Inn® Hotels. Children under 12 may enjoy
free breakfast, lunch and dinner at our designated all-day dine in
restaurants and select from the kids menu (1 main course and 1 dessert per
child) when accompanied by an adult, who is registered as a hotel guest and
must order at least one main course from the full priced menu.
Kids Stay Free terms and conditions
*Kids Stay Free at Holiday Inn Express®, Crowne Plaza®, InterContinental®,
Hotel Indigo®, Staybridge Suites® and voco™ hotels. Up to two children under
17 stay free when sharing a room with up to two adults at any of the
participating hotels, subject to maximum room occupancy restrictions and
subject to availability. Baby crib/cot is complimentary while rollaway beds
may be chargeable. Rules for maximum room occupancy will supersede this
offer.
