Terms and Conditions
*To participate in the "Stay 4 Nights. Earn 10K Points." promotional offer
(the “Offer”), you must be an IHG One Rewards member and must be invited to
participate in the Offer. After receiving an invitation, you must register
your member number in advance in order to be eligible for the Offer. You can
pre-register for this Offer starting on 24 August 2023 through to 31 August
2023 (the “Pre-Registration Period”). If you did not register during the
Pre-Registration Period, you may register for the Offer during the Offer
Period. The “Offer Period” is from 1 September 2023 through to 10 October
2023. A member can only register once. By registering for the Offer, a
member is accepting these Terms and Conditions.
After registering, you can earn IHG One Rewards bonus points by staying a
specified number of Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period, as
follows: 10,000 bonus points will be awarded to your IHG One Rewards account
after completing four (4) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights; and 10,000
additional bonus points will be awarded after completing another four (4)
Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period. For example, if you
have stays that result in a total of eight (8) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights
during the Offer Period, you would earn 10,000 bonus points for the first
four (4) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights, and then another 10,000 bonus points
after reaching eight (8) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights, for a total of 20,000
bonus points. A maximum of 20,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be earned
through this Offer.
To be an “Offer-Qualifying Room Night” under this Offer, the room night must
fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible
Qualifying Stay. As noted above, the “Offer Period” is from 1 September 2023
through to 10 October 2023. Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not
included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior
to registration for the Offer also are not included.
For purposes of this Offer, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is
defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked
under a Qualifying Rate, with a total spend exceeding $30 USD (or local
equivalent) per night. Participating hotels include all IHG® Hotels &
Resorts, with the exception of those Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas and
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that do not participate in the IHG One Rewards
programme. Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not
Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Offer. Bookings
made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as
booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Offer. (For
additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the
IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions). If more than one member who registered for the Offer checks into the
same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under this Offer based
on those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the
same night, the member will only receive credit towards this Offer for only
one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Offer-Qualifying
Room Night.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards programme and this Offer are
subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
which can be obtained
here
or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this
Offer are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards programme.
The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please
allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s
member account.
The bonus points earned during the "Stay 4 Nights. Earn 10K Points." Offer
can be used toward Reward Nights, can be redeemed for merchandise, or can be
used for other redemption opportunities, as permitted under the IHG One
Rewards programme.
IHG may withdraw points from a member's account if they were deposited into
the member's account in error and may revoke all points in a member's
account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards programme, including but
not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly
reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or
cancel a member's account if fraudulent activity in connection with the
Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating
to a member's account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One
Rewards programme is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and
Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in
response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG's
interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, and
IHG also reserves right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This
Offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to
participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any
enquiries concerning this Offer must be made by 21 November 2023. Members
who are invited to participate in this Offer may also participate in other
IHG offers or promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or
promotions.
IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® hotels and
resorts and other partner hotels participating in the programme, with the
exception of the following brands:
- Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas and Mr & Mrs Smith Hotels: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. Note that some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.
- Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Reward Night availability is coming soon.
- The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.
