Book Now Pay Later Terms & Conditions
The East Asia and Pacific 2024 Winter Campaign (the “Campaign”) is valid for
selected bookings made from 21 May 2024 until 4 June 2024 (both dates
inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG branded
hotels and resorts in Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific (Fiji,
Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea & French Polynesia), Singapore and The
Maldives from 24 May until 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the
“Stay Dates”) using the “Book Now Pay Later” and “Book Now Pay Later – IHG
One Rewards Member Rate” during the Booking Dates.
The Campaign offers a discount of up to fifteen percent (15%) off the
hotel’s Best Flexible Rate which is an unrestricted, non-qualified,
non-discount rate. IHG One Rewards Members are eligible to receive an
additional six percent (6%) discount on bookings in the Campaign which are
made directly through IHG channels (IHG Brand websites, IHG App, IHG contact
centres or directly at an IHG branded hotel). The public discount and member
discount combined equates to a total discount of up to twenty percent (20%)
off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate for IHG One Rewards Members.
IHG One Rewards members who make bookings through this Campaign may also be
entitled to earn 3X One Rewards points – see here for applicable terms of
the 3X promotion.
Bookings made in this Campaign with the Book Now Pay Later rate must be made
at least three (3) days in advance of arrival at the hotel (although booking
windows may vary by participating hotel and the hotel’s individual booking
terms).
No deposit required at the time of reservation.
Reservations may be modified, changed, rebooked or cancelled free of charge
up to seven (7) prior to your scheduled check-in date at the hotel.
A cancellation and no-show policy applies and if you do not arrive at the
hotel on your scheduled arrival date or if you cancel or change your booking
less than seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival date, you will incur
a charge of one (1) night’s stay.
Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are
subject to availability during the Stay Dates.
Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most
suitable rate for your travel needs.
The Campaign is available at participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand
& the South Pacific (Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea & French
Polynesia), Singapore and The Maldives at participating InterContinental,
Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, voco, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn
Express branded hotels. See our websites for full details of participating

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations
office or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards points. Standard
IHG® One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit

for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a
member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected.
In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining, taxes and other
hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount.
Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Campaign is not
applicable to group bookings.
The Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or, discount.
Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at
participating hotels available for this Campaign.
Certain room types at participating hotels may be excluded from the
Campaign. Hotel policy may vary in regard to the minimum length of
stay required and number of guests allowed per room.
Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Blackout
dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some
participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
Hotel specific early departure fee may apply.
At Holiday Inn, Kids under 12 eat and stay for free sharing parent’s guest
room in existing bedding and eat free from the Kids Menu with an
accompanying paying adult guest.
IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Campaign or amend
these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without
notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law,
IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Campaign.
Buy Now Pay Later 3X Bonus Offer Terms & Conditions
To participate in the “Buy Now Pay Later 3X Bonus Offer” Promotion (the
“Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards
member account. The Buy Now Pay Later 3X “Promotion Period” is from 10:00am
Australian Eastern Daylight time 21 June 2024 to 10:00am (AEST) 28 June,
2024. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included .
A member can earn triple (3X) IHG One Rewards points on qualifying room
nights during the Promotion Period. To be a qualifying room night under the
Promotion, the room night must fall within the Promotion Period and must be
part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay.
For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is
defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked
under Book Now Pay Later – IHG One Rewards Member Rate (“Qualifying Rate”)
Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room
nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for
the Promotion also are not included. For purposes of this Promotion, a
“Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night
stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total
spend exceeding US $30 (or local currency equivalent) for each night.
Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion
Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion.
Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites
such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion.
The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please
allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points to be posted to the
recipient’s account.
The Promotion is available at participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand
& the South Pacific (Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea & French
Polynesia), Singapore and The Maldives at participating InterContinental,
Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, voco, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn

For the 3X Bonus Offer, earning “3X” or “3X points” on stays through 30
September, 2024 means the total number of regular “base points” and
promotional “bonus points” combined will equal three (3) times the base
points the member would normally receive for being an IHG One Rewards
member. For example, under the Buy Now Pay Later 3X Bonus Offer, for a
one-night Qualifying Stay with a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a
10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000
base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 2,000
promotional bonus points, for a total of 3,000 points.
The promotional bonus points under this Promotion are calculated based
solely on the base points the member is eligible to earn for a Qualifying
Stay for being an IHG One Rewards member, and any Elite status bonus points
or any other bonus or promotional points the member may be eligible to
receive for the same stay are not included.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion
is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus
points awarded through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under
the IHG One Rewards program.

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into
the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s
account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not
limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the
right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel their
account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected,
and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s
account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards
program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to
such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s
interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms
and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel,
suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those
who are eligible to participate, and such eligibility or participation
cannot be transferred or conveyed.
