Terms and Conditions of the PUBLIC – ALL Accor – GUEST STAR OFFER
1. The ALL.accor.com Terms and Conditions of Service and the ALL Accor
Programme Terms and Conditions of Membership apply to the “Guest Star
Offer”.
2. This offer allows ALL Accor members, regardless of their status, to
benefit from a discount of 15% to 25% depending on the participating hotel
brand on the flexible public rate, for any booking made between 27 October
2025, and 1 December 2025, and for a minimum two-night stay in a
participating hotel during the validity periods indicated above:
a. 27 October 2025 – 31 March 2026:
i. For the countries: Australia, Bahrain, Benin, Botswana, Cambodia,
Cameroon, China, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Democratic Republic of
the Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Fiji, Ghana, Hong Kong, India,
Indonesia, Iran, Côte d'Ivoire, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Republic of Korea,
Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau SAR, China, Madagascar, Malaysia, Maldives,

3. This discount can be combined with the ALL Accor Member Rate, and the
discount levels applied may vary depending on the brands and regions:

4. Bookings made at SO, Mondrian, and Hyde brand hotels and in Australia,
Bahrain, Benin, Botswana, Cambodia, Cameroon, Lao People’s Democratic
Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea,
Fiji, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Côte d'Ivoire, Japan,
Jordan, Kenya, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau SAR, China,
Madagascar, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, New
Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi
Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St. Helena, Ascension

Emirates, Vietnam, Zimbabwe are not eligible for reimbursement (excluding
brands: Sofitel, MGallery, Emblems, The Hoxton, Morgans Originals, 21C,

5. The minimum stay is two nights.
6. Please note that some participating hotels may not be available for the
entire duration of the promotion due to the Winter Olympics being held in
Milan from 6 to 22 February 2026. The following establishments will have
limited availability during this period:

7. To be eligible for this offer, bookings must be made directly through
ALL.accor.com, the WeChat programme (for hotels in China), as well as
through third-party tour operators and online travel agencies (such as
expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
8. Members must provide their ALL Accor card number when booking and
present their card upon arrival at the hotel during check-in.
9. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid on the
date of the start of the stay.
10. This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or
benefits (including ALL Accor+). If the stay meets the criteria for
multiple offers, only the Reward Points from the most generous offer
(i.e., the one that earns the most Reward Points) will be credited.
11. Cancellation conditions vary depending on the hotel. If the booking is
not cancelled within the specified time frame, the first night will be
charged.
12. The offer is subject to availability. The general terms and conditions
of sale specific to each hotel apply. The offer’s validity dates are
subject to change without notice. Accor and participating hotels cannot be
held liable in the event of unforeseeable external circumstances
preventing the offer from being fulfilled. No compensation or Reward
Points may be claimed in such circumstances.
