2025 Global Cyber Sale Terms and Conditions Cyber Sale Offer:
IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering a Global Cyber Sale Promotional Offer
(the ‘2025 Global Cyber Sale Promotion’) for IHG One Rewards members
(members save up to 25%) and non-members (non-members save up to 20%), valid
across participating properties in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America,
the Caribbean, Europe, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, New
Zealand, India, the Middle East, Africa and Greater China. The below details
describe the booking and stay requirements and the different promotional
rates available for members and non-members.
- IHG Hotels & Resorts Cyber Sale Offer – members save 25% and non-members save 20%. Promotional rates are valid across participating properties and brands in the Americas, Europe, Greater China, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, on bookings made between 20 November and 4 December 2025 for stays between 23 November 2025 and 31 March 2026, globally at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts.
- IHG Hotels & Resorts Cyber Sale Offer – members save 20% and non-members save 15%. Promotional rates are valid across participating properties and brands in India, the Middle East and Africa, on bookings made between 20 November and 4 December 2025 for stays between 23 November 2025 and 31 March 2026, globally at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts.
The Global Cyber Sale Promotional Rates outlined above are only valid
discounts off a specific participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR). The
BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Blackout
dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be
excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the
number of guests allowed per room. Promotional rates may not be used in
conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Promotional rates are not
applicable to group bookings. Certain participating hotels may impose early
departure fees. IHG® Army Hotels, most InterContinental Alliance Resorts,
Holiday Inn Club Vacations, most Six Senses properties and Iberostar
Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the IHG Hotels & Resorts 2025
Global Cyber Sale Promotion. Visit your hotel’s website for exact

Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in
date. The IHG Hotels & Resorts Cyber Sale Promotion reservations are
final, fully prepaid, non-refundable and non-changeable, regardless of
whether or not the reservation is used. Your card will be charged for the
total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. For hotels in the
state of California only: guests (IHG One Rewards members and non-members)
can cancel a reservation for a hotel accommodation within 24 hours after the
reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72 hours or more before
the time of check-in.
Bookings made directly through IHG channels, including IHG Brand websites,
IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel will be eligible for the member discounts:
members save 25% and non-members save 20%, and are eligible to earn IHG One
Rewards Points, subject to the IHG One Rewards Programme Terms

IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s
account if fraudulent use of the 2025 Global Cyber Sale Promotion
is detected.
2025 Holiday Inn Club Vacations Public Cyber Sale Terms and
Conditions:
Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated Cyber Sale Promotion. Members save
30%. Non-members save 25%. (‘Promotional Rate.’) Promotional rates are valid
across participating properties in the US on bookings made across all
eligible booking channels between 20 November and 4 December 2025 for stays
between 23 November 2025 and 31 March 2026 at participating Holiday Inn Club
Vacations properties.
A one-night minimum stay is required, and stays must be booked at least
three days prior to check-in date. Taxes and resort fees may apply for each
night of your stay. Blackout dates may apply, and rooms are subject to
availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the promotion.
Promotion not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Please note:
Lake Geneva requires a non-refundable full payment at time of booking.

Iberostar Beachfront Resorts & IHG One Rewards Cyber Offer (the ‘Offer’)
is valid for bookings between 20 November and 2 December 2025, for stays
between 20 November 2025 and 30 April 2027 at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts
in Europe and northern Africa, and for stays between 20 November 2025 and 31
October 2027 at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts in the Americas.
Maximum discount of up to 60%. Discounts vary by date, hotel and region.
Discounts have already been applied to rates shown.
The Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or
promotions.
IHG Hotels & Resorts and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts reserves the right
to cancel or modify this promotion, either in part or in whole.
The alliance between Iberostar and IHG excludes Iberostar’s interests in
Cuba.
App Download Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions:
To participate in the ‘App Download Bonus Offer’ promotion (the
‘Promotion’), an individual must have an active valid IHG One Rewards member
account. The member must first register their member number or email
associated with their IHG One Rewards account to be eligible for the
Promotion. Once a member has registered, the member can earn 500 IHG One
Rewards bonus points after downloading the IHG app and using the app to sign
in to their IHG One Rewards account. Registration and completion of the
download and sign-in must occur by 31 December 2025 subject to IHG’s right
to end the registration period sooner if deemed necessary by IHG because of
irregularities or other issues relating to the Promotion. If registration
for the Promotion has been closed or deactivated, it means the Promotion has
ended.
This promotional offer can only be redeemed once per member and a maximum of
500 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be achieved. The time needed for
awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to six (6)
weeks for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s member account.
The Promotion is valid for first time app downloads only.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards programme and this Offer are
subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus
points awarded through this Offer are not Elite status qualifying. IHG may
withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the
member’s account in error, and may revoke all points in a member’s account
if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards programme, including but not
limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly
reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status or
cancel a member’s account if fraudulent activity in connection with the
Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity
