Terms and Conditions
Cyber Sale Promotion Rate
The IHG Hotels & Resorts Cyber Sale promotional rate is valid only for
bookings made from November 20 to November 28, 2023 in the US, Canada and
Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean and November 21 – 28, 2023 across
other regions (“Booking Dates”). For stays at participating IHG hotels
between November 23, 2023 – April 30, 2024 in the United States, Canada,
Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia,
Australia, and New Zealand. For stays at participating IHG hotels between
November 24, 2023 – March 31, 2024 across Europe and Greater China. For
stays at participating IHG hotels between November 24, 2023 – August 31,
2024 across India, Middle East and Africa.
The Cyber Sale Rate includes a minimum public discount of 10% off the
hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), excluding Greater China with a minimum
public discount of 7%. The BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified,
non-discounted rate. IHG One Rewards members will also be eligible to
receive an additional 10% discount on bookings which are made directly
through IHG One Rewards App or through the CRO or directly at the hotel for
all global participating hotels except Greater China or an additional 8%
discount on bookings made directly through IHG Brand websites, across all
global participating hotels, with the exception of hotels in Greater China,
India, Middle East and Africa. Rates are per room, per night and are subject
to availability during the Stay Dates. Based on property selection, deeper
discounts may be available. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to
availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Hotel policy
varies in regards to the minimum length of stay required and number of
guests allowed per room. Not applicable with other discounted rate
promotions. Not applicable to group bookings. Hotel specific early departure
fee applies. Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts,
and IHG® Army Hotels are excluded from the promotion. Visit your hotel’s
website for exact details.
Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in
date. Reservations are final and require full prepayment for the entire stay
at time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. No refunds if cancelled or
changed. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged
between the time of your booking and your check-in for the total amount
shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used.
Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel
qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards programme terms
and conditions apply. Visit www.ihgonerewards.com for details. IHG reserves
the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if
fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts & IHG One Rewards Cyber Offer
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts & IHG One Rewards Cyber Offer (the “Offer”)
is valid for bookings from November 20, 2023 to November 28, 2023 and for
stays through December 20, 2024 at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts in Europe,
the Mediterranean, and Africa and for stays through October 31, 2024 in the
Americas.
Maximum discount up to 40%. Discounts vary by date, hotel, and region.
Discounts have already been applied to rates shown.
Best Flexible Rate: IHG One Rewards members who are logged in to their
account receive an 8 % discount when booking with this rate. This is in
addition to any hotel discounts. No upfront payment and free cancellation,
check the conditions here.
The Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or
other promotions.
This Offer is subject to availability and may not be available for all dates
at all hotels.
Global Points & Cash
This offer for 15% savings on the cash portion of Points & Cash bookings
(the “Offer”) is available only to IHG One Rewards members who book their
stay during the period of November 20, 2023 through November 28, 2023 (the
“Booking Period”) and then complete their stay during the period from
January 1, 2024 through February 29, 2024 (the “Stay Period”). The 15%
discount is offered in the hotel’s time zone as identified on the
participating hotel’s booking page. This offer only applies to the cash
portion of the booking. A member must be logged in to their IHG One Rewards
account at the time of booking to access the discount. The cash portion of
Points & Cash bookings are charged immediately in U.S. dollars, and for
cancellations both the points and the cash components of the booking are
refunded in points only. The number of points refunded is determined by the
points-only price at the original time of booking. This Offer is subject to
the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which are subject to
change at any time without advance notice. Members must make any inquiries
concerning this Offer by April 30, 2024.
App Download Bonus Offer
To participate in the “App Download Bonus Offer” promotion (the
“Promotion”), an individual must have an active valid IHG One Rewards member
account. The member must first register their member number or email
associated with their IHG One Rewards account to be eligible for the
Promotion. Once a member has registered, the member can earn 500 IHG One
Rewards bonus points after downloading the IHG app and using the app to sign
in to their IHG One Rewards account.
This promotional offer can only be redeemed once per member, and a maximum
of 500 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be achieved. The time needed for
awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks
for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s member account. The
Promotion is valid for first time app downloads only.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Offer are
subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions,
which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus
points awarded through this Offer are not Elite status qualifying.
IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into
the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s
account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not
limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly
reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or
cancel a member’s account if fraudulent activity in connection with the
Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity
relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings,
or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership
Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be
taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable
law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and
these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to
cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This exclusive promotional
offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to
participate in the Promotion and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Members
must make any promotional inquiries within 60 days of the date they
registered for the Promotion. Members who are invited to participate in this
Promotion may also participate in other IHG offers or promotions to the
extent they qualify for such other offers or promotions.
Terms & Conditions for Q3-Q4 (2023) Public Promotion (2K Points Every 2
Nights) 2,000 Points Every 2 Nights
To participate in the “2,000 Points Every 2 Nights” Promotion (the
“Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards
member account and must register for the Promotion. Members can pre-register
for this Promotion starting September 27, 2023, through October 11, 2023
(the “Pre-Registration Period”). Members will be able to stay and earn IHG
One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion beginning October 12, 2023 and
ending on December 31, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). Members who did not
register during the Pre-Registration Period may register for the Promotion
during the Promotion Period. A member can only register once. By registering
for the Promotion, a member is accepting these Terms & Conditions. After
registering for the Promotion, a member can earn 2,000 bonus points for
every two (2) qualifying room night stays during the Promotion Period. The
points earned during the 2,000 Points Every 2 Nights Promotion can be used
toward Reward Nights, can be redeemed for merchandise, or can be used for
other redemption opportunities, as permitted under the IHG One Rewards
program. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion,
so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points to be posted to
the recipient’s account. To be a qualifying room night under the Promotion,
the room night must fall within the Promotion Period and must be part of a
Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is
from October 12, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Room nights outside of the
Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay
that was completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not
included. For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying
Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel
booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total spend exceeding US $30 (or local
currency equivalent) for each night. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or
Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes
of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other
reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify
under this Promotion. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please
see the full IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.) If more than
one member who registered for the Promotion checks into the same room, only
one member is eligible to earn points under the Promotion for those nights
that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the
member will receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms
that also meets the requirements of a qualifying room night under the
Promotion. A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this
Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and
Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The
bonus points awarded through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying
under the IHG One Rewards program. IHG One Rewards benefits are generally
available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels
participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands: •
Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or
redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. (Note some
hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.) • Iberostar Beachfront
Resorts: Members will be able to redeem IHG One Rewards points for Reward
Nights in the near future. (The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts
excludes any interests in Cuba.) See the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms
and Conditions for details on program benefits and restrictions. IHG may

IHG One Rewards™ Access is a benefit offered exclusively to members of the
IHG One Rewards™ program residing in the following countries: Canada,
France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the
United States. The IHG One Rewards program is a loyalty program offered by
Six Continents Hotels, Inc. (“SCH”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, all
of which are InterContinental Hotels Group companies (collectively, “IHG®
Hotels & Resorts” or “IHG”). Information regarding the IHG One Rewards
program, including the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, can

IHG One Rewards Access is a redemption platform which allows IHG One Rewards
members (“Members”) to redeem their IHG One Rewards points for unique
experiences and other special Access Rewards through the IHG One Rewards
Access website (the “Website”). For purposes of the IHG One Rewards Access
benefit, an “Access Reward” is any item, event, experience, digital
experience, or travel that is offered for “Bid Now” or “Redeem Now” on the
Website. The “Bid Now” feature gives Members using the Website an
opportunity to place competing bids, in the form of IHG One Rewards points,
for various Access Rewards that are specifically designated for this
feature. The Member with the winning bid is awarded the Access Reward upon
redemption of the requisite number of points from their IHG One Rewards
account. The “Redeem Now” feature allows a Member to claim an Access Reward
that has a “Redeem Now” designation by directly redeeming the points needed
as published on the Website. Additional details of the Bid Now and Redeem
Now features are provided below in these Terms and Conditions and on the
Website.
