Terms and Conditions
Spring Book Early and Save offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected
bookings made between 3 March – 17 March 2026 (the “Booking Dates”) for
selected stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe, India, South
Asia, Africa, and the Middle East from 6 March – 30 May 2026 for the public,
or 6 March - 6 December 2026 for members (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Best
Flexible Rate” with the “Book Early and Save Rate.”
The Offer provides a public rate discount at participating hotels of 15% off
the Best Flexible Rate with Book Early and Save rate. IHG One Rewards
members save 20% off the public Best Flexible Rate with Book Early and Save
rate. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and
are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Additional charges may
apply for upgraded room types.
Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival and are
non-refundable with full payment for the entire stay to be taken by the
hotel prior to the day of arrival. No refunds for bookings that are
cancelled or changed. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your
arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a
refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the
most suitable rate for your travel needs.
Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Regent
Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Ruby Hotels, Crowne
Plaza, Garner Hotels, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn,
Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites, Iberostar
Beachfront Resorts located across Europe, India, South Asia and Africa. Six
Senses Hotels are not included in this Offer.

Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Georgia, Greece, Hungary,
Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Republic of,
Malta, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Netherlands (Holland), Poland,
Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
Tajikistan, Turkey, United Kingdom and Uzbekistan.
Asia, The Middle East and Africa: Algeria, Angola, Bahrain, Bangladesh,
Egypt, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mauritius,
Nepal, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand
(Phuket and Koh Samui only), Tanzania, UAE, and Zimbabwe.
Ruby Hotels Terms & Conditions
Spring Book Early and Save offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected
bookings made between 3 March – 17 March 2026 (the “Booking Dates”) for
selected stays at Ruby Lucy Hotel, London and Ruby Lissi Hotel, Vienna
booked via IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel.
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts
Spring Book Early and Save offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected
bookings made between 3 March – 17 March 2026 (the “Booking Dates”) for
selected stays at Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma and Iberostar Selection Es
Trenc. Public save 15% off the Best Flexible rate with the ‘Pay Now’ rate.
The ‘Pay Now’ rate requires full pre-payment and is not eligible for changes
or cancellations. Please note that, should you wish to modify or cancel your
reservation, the penalty you will be charged will be 100% of the stay. In
case of no-show, 100% will be charged.
Members save 20% off with the ‘Member rate pay later’ rate. For the ‘Member
rate pay later’ no pre-payment is required however if notice of cancellation
is received less than 3 days before arrival/check-in date, an amount of 1
night will be charged. In case of no-show, a night stay will be charged.
Bookings for properties Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Koh Samui and
Phuket.
Book Early & Save Rate - For bookings made within 29 days prior to
arrival, the Book Early & Save rate in this Promotion will apply.
Advance Saver Rate - For bookings made thirty (30) days or more in advance
of arrival in this Promotion, the Advance Saver rate will be applicable for
bookings at participating properties that offer this rate. No prepayment is
required for bookings under the Advance Saver Rate. Bookings can be
cancelled or changed free of charge more than thirty (30) days prior to the
arrival date. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, a
one-night charge will be applied to your credit card.
Some participating properties in this region do not offer the Advance Saver
rate and therefore the Book Early & Save rate applies at these
participating properties when you book. Review the rate details at the time
of reservation so that you are booking the most suitable rate for your
needs.
General Terms for the Promotion
Blackout dates (days when the offers may not be available at participating
hotels) apply and rates are subject to availability. Tax, service charge,
credit card surcharges are not included for most of participating
properties. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and
other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may
apply in some cities.
Certain room types such as premium rooms and suites may be excluded from the
promotional rate offered by participating hotels. Participating hotel
policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Credit
card guarantee is required to make a booking. Final bill will be in the
hotel local currency.
The Promotional Rates are not applicable to group bookings. Unused
components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Certain
participating hotels may impose early departure fees. The final bill will be
in the hotel’s local currency.
The Promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest
room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant
with an accompanying paying adult guest.
Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel
qualify for IHG One Rewards Points for IHG One Rewards members. Standard IHG
One Rewards programme terms and conditions apply. Visit

member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the
Promotion is detected.
In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel
