Terms and Conditions
1. The terms and conditions for ALL - Accor Live Limitless membership
are applicable to the “2X Reward Points” offer which is only limited to
ALL members.
2. To participate in this offer, registration must be completed from 20
March, 2026 to 30 June 2026 (Beijing Time), and accommodation must be
completed at a participating Greater China hotel from 20 March, 2026 to
30 June, 2026 (Beijing Time).
3. This offer is applicable to all levels of ALL members and is
available at Greater China hotels participating in the ALL - Accor Live
Limitless programme. Members are entitled to this offer only for
bookings made and eligible stays completed after successfully
registering for this activity by logging into their member account in
accordance with clause 4.
- Eligible Stay: Stay booked at a participating ALL programme hotel
through Accor's direct distribution channels (Accor official website,
Accor ALL APP, ALL WeChat Mini-programme, Accor Reservation Centre,
hotel reservations department), and traditional corporate client booking
service management companies directly connected with Accor Reservation
Centre, and ALL member exclusive products booked through Accor brand
flagship stores directly operated by Accor and its online distribution
partners. Bookings and stays made through intermediaries, travel
agencies or third-party online travel agencies (such as expedia.com,
booking.com, etc.) are not considered eligible stays, will not earn
points, nor accumulate eligible nights towards status level. Please
refer to ALL Accor Terms and Conditions of Membership for more
details.
4. To enjoy such benefits, a member should:
1) Register for the offer at Accor's official website or Accor ALL APP,
and place a reservation directly through Accor’s official website, Accor
ALL APP, ALL WeChat Mini-programme, Accor Reservation Centre, hotel
reservations department, traditional corporate client booking service
management companies directly connected with Accor Reservation Centre,
and ALL member exclusive products booked through Accor brand flagship
stores directly operated by Accor and its online distribution partners;
2) Any accommodation booked through an intermediary, tour operator, or
third-party online travel agency (such as Expedia.com and booking.com)
is not considered eligible for the offer.
5. When placing a reservation, you must provide your ALL card number,
and show your physical or digital membership card to the hotel
receptionist when checking in.
6. Each ALL member can enjoy this benefit for a maximum of 6 stays
during the promotion period.
7. Continuous accommodation at the same hotel (checking out and checking
in on the same day) will be considered one accommodation. In such
circumstances, the member is qualified to enjoy the [2X Reward Points]
benefits once.
8. In respect of benefits, one accommodation means that an ALL member
place one (1) reservation of one or more rooms. In other words, the
reservation of more than one (1) room is also considered one (1)
accommodation. Early check-out dates will also be considered for the
calculation of Reward Points and Status Points. In other words, the ALL
member will receive the points for each accommodation during the time
specified in Article 2.
9. Members should ensure that they actually stay at the hotel after
completing the reservation, or in the case of booking multiple rooms,
stay in one of the rooms in order to enjoy the extra Reward Points.
10. For each eligible stay, only one member can enjoy the corresponding
Reward Points for one room or other benefits offered by other
promotional offers (if any). If more than one member checks in one room,
only one of them can enjoy the corresponding Reward Points or other
benefits offered by other promotion offers (if any). If a member
reserves more than two rooms for the same night, the member can enjoy
the extra Reward Points for at most two rooms.
11. According to the terms and conditions regarding ALL membership, the
benefits refer to extra Reward Points in addition to the Reward Points
and Status Points provided for eligible stay. The extra Reward Points
are calculated on the basis of Classic Card.
12. After the offer registration and completion of an eligible stay, the
points will be credited to the member’s account twice.
1) The corresponding points that an ALL member ought to receive will be
credited to the member’s account first;
2) The extra points generated will be later credited to the ALL member’s
account as the second Reward Points. Then, the members will receive 2X
Rewards Points in total. For instance, the ALL member will receive 250
extra Rewards Points in addition to the 250 Status Points and 250 Reward
Points for the eligible stay, 2X Reward Points in total.
3) The extra points will be credited to the member’s account within 10
working days after the member checks out if the member has registered
the offer via Accor’s official website or Accor ALL APP.
13. The points generated cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits,
14. The benefits depend on the availability of empty rooms in
participating hotels. Accor will not compensate ALL members who are
unable to complete the reservation and accommodation at participating
hotels due to objective reasons. The Terms and Conditions of Sale are
applicable to reservation of hotel rooms at rack rate. The benefits are
not applicable to accommodations completed through onefinestay.
15. Accor reserves the right to immediately cancel or withdraw all the
points and, if necessary, take any legal action against you if there is
any violation of the laws, regulations or the terms and conditions of
this campaign.
16. Please provide the reference number 020188 during the communication
with ALL Call Center (4001 335533) regarding the benefits.
17. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge that you are
aware of and agree to the above terms and conditions.
