Sale terms and conditions
*When booking this offer, the customer agrees to having read and accepted
the following conditions:
This offer provides a discount of 30% off the best available rate at
participating hotels in Australia and New Zealand (Winter Sale rate).
Accor Plus members and Accor Vacation Club members receive their 10%
discount on the Winter Sale rate.
This offer is valid for reservations with a 2 night minimum length of stay
made at participating hotels in Australia and New Zealand on the Winter Sale
rate within the following dates:
• For reservations by Accor Plus and Accor Vacation members: reservations
must be made between 8.00am on Monday 18 July and 11.59pm on Monday 25 July
2022 (AEST) for stays from Monday 1 August to Friday 30 September 2022 (both
dates inclusive) (“Stay Period”).
• For reservations by members of ALL, Accor Live Limitless loyalty
programme: reservations must be made between 8.00am on Tuesday 19 July and
11.59pm on Monday 25 July 2022 (AEST) for stays from Monday 1 August to
Friday 30 September 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Stay Period”).
• For reservations by general public who are not members of Accor Plus,
Accor Vacation Club or ALL, Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme:
reservations must be made between 8.00am on Thursday 21 July and 11.59pm on
Monday 25 July 2022 (AEST) for stays from Monday 1 August to Friday 30
September 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Stay Period”).
Cancellation policy: The Winter Sale rate must be pre-paid and is
non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
There is a limited allocation of rooms for sale at the Winter Sale rate, and
the rate is subject to black-out dates and availability at the time of
booking. Rooms in a participating hotel in excess of this allocation will
not be available at the Winter Sale rate. Specific terms for a booking are
included in the pricing conditions for a particular hotel when selected for
booking.
Guests whose stay commences during the relevant Stay Period and continues
after the relevant Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will
not receive the Winter Sale rate for that part of their booking which is not
during the relevant Stay Period.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or special
offers except as provided in these terms and conditions.
At the time of booking, if the Winter Sale rate is not available for all
dates requested, another public rate will be suggested automatically on the
rate screen.
Prices are quoted in local currency (as stipulated at the time of booking)
and are inclusive of all local taxes unless otherwise stipulated. Exchange
rates are given for information purposes only and are non-binding. The
currency applicable to the transaction and charged to your credit card is
confirmed upon booking.
Members of ALL, Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Programme, will earn Rewards
Points and Status Points as part of a booking with the Winter Sale rate at
hotels participating in the programme in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions of Membership.
