Terms and Conditions
General ALL – Accor Live Limitless terms and conditions apply to this offer
and you must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless to benefit from it.
This offer entitles members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, regardless of
their membership status, to benefit from a 15% discount on the flexible
rate, when staying at any hotel that take part in this offer, by booking one
of the ”15% OFF – APP Only Offer“ eligible rates.
Eligible rates: APP Only Offer 15% off FRS BB / APP Only Offer 15% off
Global BB / APP Only Offer 15% off Global / APP Only 15% off ACCOR PLUS /
APP Only Offer 15% off Global HB.
This discount is combinable with the Members’ Rate of ALL – Accor Live
Limitless and with the Accor Plus Members’ Rate.
The additional Accor Plus 10% discount does not apply to stays outside Asia
Pacific.
This offer is valid for a member’s stay from April 12, 2024, to June 2,
2024, in one of the participating hotels, and must be booked between March
13, 2024, up until 11:59 p.m. Central European Time (CET), and March 31,
2024.
Blackout dates may apply and offer is subject to availability.
The offer validity dates are subject to modification without prior notice.
The stay must be a minimum of 2 night(s).
To be eligible for this offer, stays must be only booked directly via the
ALL.com APP. Stays booked via another booking platform/channel, reseller,
tour operator or third-party online travel agent (such as expedia.com,
booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
Members must provide their ALL – Accor Live Limitless Loyalty card number
when making the reservation, and present the card at the hotel reception
desk at check-in.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the
start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or
advantages (including ALL PLUS offers) and does not apply to groups.
If the stay meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the
Reward points linked to the most generous offer (meaning that allows you to
earn the highest number of Reward points) will be credited to your account.
Stays at onefinestay & Fairmont are not eligible for this offer.
Breakfast & other meal plans are not included.
10 Any stay partly or entirely paid with ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward
points will not be eligible to receive this offer.
Cancellation policy varies depending on the hotel. If the reservation is not
canceled on time, the guest will be charged for the first night.
This offer is subject to availability. General sales terms and conditions
apply for reserved public rates specific to each hotel.
Accor, participating hotels and/or partners of this offer accept no
liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an
external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor,
participating hotels and/or partners of this offer impossible or
disproportionately burdensome. Customers or members will not be entitled to
any compensation and the benefits of the offer (particularly Reward points)
will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented in these
circumstances.
