ALL ACCOR HOTEL ESCAPE SALE OFFER – TERMS & CONDITIONS

*By booking this offer, the customer agrees to having read and accepted
the following conditions:
The “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate is valid for bookings made at participating
hotels in the following regions (“Participating Hotels”); Australia,
Bahrain, Benin, Cambodia, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt,
Equatorial Guinea, Fiji Islands, Ghana, Greater China, Hong Kong, India,
Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lao People’s
Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar,
Namibia, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar,
Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, St
Helena Ascension and Tristan, Tanzania, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab
Emirates, United States of America, and Vietnam.
In order for the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate to apply:
- the booking must be for a minimum of two nights.
- the booking must be made between 12:01am on Friday 10 October 2025 (CEST) and 11:59pm on Saturday 10 January 2026 (CEST) (both dates inclusive) (“Sale period”).
- the stay must be between Monday 13 October 2025 and Tuesday 31 March 2026 (“Stay Period”). Guests whose bookings commence during the Stay Period and continue after the Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will not receive the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate for that part of their booking which is not during the Stay Period.
Guests who book the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate will receive a 15% discount
on the flexible rate when staying at any participating hotel that takes
part in this offer.
ALL Accor members are eligible to receive the ALL Member Rate discount in
addition to the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate provided that the relevant
Participating Hotel is eligible for such discount under the ALL Accor
terms and conditions of membership.
ALL Accor members will earn Status points and Reward points in accordance
with the ALL Accor Terms and conditions of membership.
There is a limited allocation of rooms for sale, and the “HOTEL ESCAPE
SALE” rate is subject to black-out dates, including school holidays and
availability. Where the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate is available, it will be
shown at the time of booking. Rooms in a participating hotel in excess of
this allocation will not be available at the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate.
Bookings made on the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate must be prepaid in full
online at the time of booking and are non-refundable, cannot be changed,
cancelled, exchanged or reimbursed and cannot be used in conjunction with
other discounts or special offers (with the exception of participating
hotels in China).
Prices are quoted in the local currency of the Participating Hotel (as
stipulated at the time of booking) and are inclusive of all local taxes
unless otherwise stipulated. Exchange rates are given for information
purposes only and are non-binding.
At the time of booking, if the “HOTEL ESCAPE SALE” rate is not available
for the dates requested, another public rate will be suggested
automatically on the rate screen.
