Thailand opens border for tourism from 46 countries start from 1 November 2021

There is no quarantine required for tourist anymore. Thailand is now open for tourists from 46 low-risk countries.

Starting November 1, 2021 the COE system will be replaced with Thailand Pass.

Here is what you need to know to entry Thailand. Starting from 1 November 2021.

Thailand Travel Restriction (1 November 2021 onwards)

1. Fully vaccinated for more than 14 days before traveling

2. Residing in the country of departure for at least 21 days

3. Must book an SHA+ Hotel for at least one night while waiting for the result of the RT PCR COVID test taken upon arrival

4. Must possess a COVID-19 Insurance

5. Have a RT-PCR COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure

 

Thailand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has just released a list of 46 low-risk countries that have been approved to entry Thailand.

29. Malta

30. Netherlands

31. New Zealand

34. Portugal

35. Qatar

36. Saudi Arabia

37. Singapore

38. Slovenia

39. South Korea

In case you are not travelling from 46 low-risk countries or not qualified the travel restriction, you still able to entry Thailand vin Sandbox programme. Travel restricted in Sandbox area for at least 7 days. Then, you can travel wherever you want.
