Starting November 1, 2021 the COE system will be replaced with Thailand Pass.

Here is what you need to know to entry Thailand. Starting from 1 November 2021.
Thailand Travel Restriction (1 November 2021 onwards)
1. Fully vaccinated for more than 14 days before traveling
2. Residing in the country of departure for at least 21 days
3. Must book an SHA+ Hotel for at least one night while waiting for the result of the RT PCR COVID test taken upon arrival
4. Must possess a COVID-19 Insurance
5. Have a RT-PCR COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure

In case you are not travelling from 46 low-risk countries or not qualified the travel restriction, you still able to entry Thailand vin Sandbox programme. Travel restricted in Sandbox area for at least 7 days. Then, you can travel wherever you want.
